Just a little update. It’s taking us longer to find a house than planned. I should know better than to plan anything. So musically speaking I haven’t done much. I have several bits and pieces of lyrics splattered about and quite a few melodies rattling in my brain. I haven’t actually sat down at a the keyboard or computer and recorded anything yet though. My studio is a mess right now plus I can’t seem to get it done with everything else going on. The only thing I have done with any consistency is play guitar. Been listening to alot of guitar based music lately as well. Loud angry stuff. The kind that makes you feel better when your pissed off at the world. It would be safe to say at this point I may try and incorporate more guitars back into the new material. I had a few songs on the first CD with guitars and for the second one I never even looked at one. Since I actually play Bass as well I should try and do some live Bass too. I’m open to anything at this point.
