Synopsis: One day a Father is watching his youngest son play. The boy is laughing and doing what boys do. The Father’s mind starts to wander. Thoughts turn dark and he wonders if his son will be ok if he were to suddenly die the next day. Will his other children be ok? Has he taught them everything they need to know to survive? Has he been there for them? Will they remember him and how he tried to do all the right things? This is an “advice” song from a Father to his children should he no longer be around to protect them and teach them. Inspired by one, dedicated to all, and still relevant to this day.
